To simulate conditions at a trade test centre where incumbents work against time and according to required standards to complete any of 12 specific electrical trade tasks.
Methodology:
Through repetitive exercise with a variety of tasks
Gradually shortened time limits
Marking and assessment as per trade test standards
Continuous feedback and measures to improve quality and time
A theory lecture and practical coaching on each job will be done at the start of each new job
Tasks will be varied to ensure the continuity of skills attained.
Note: Obtaining a trade test date is the responsibility of the learner, or his employer.

Students are continually evaluated and assessed during and after each task

1. Must have 5 years traceable
relevant experience in electrical
